Finding Flow - Dance for Parkinson's

Finding Flow is a dance and creative movement programme for people living with Parkinson’s, designed to support coordination, confidence and connection.

Finding Flow is a welcoming, research-informed dance programme for people living with Parkinson’s, designed to support movement, confidence, and connection in a safe and uplifting environment.

Dance is increasingly recognised as an effective way to manage Parkinson’s symptoms. It can support balance, coordination, mobility, and posture, while also enhancing mood, reducing anxiety, and improving overall quality of life. At Finding Flow, we draw on this growing body of research to create sessions that are both purposeful and enjoyable—where movement is accessible, adaptable, and rooted in music and creativity.

Classes are gentle, inclusive, and suitable for all abilities. There’s no pressure to perform — just an invitation to move in ways that feel good for your body, whether seated or standing, and to share the experience with others who understand.
